This policy explains how FUJICON AI handles personal data when you use the fujicon.id website and e-learning platform.
1. Data we collect
Account data you provide when registering or signing in: name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name, email address and profile picture.
Learning activity such as courses joined, progress, quiz results and certificates, as well as messages you send through the contact form.
2. Sign in with Google
When you choose to sign in with Google, we only request the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we never post anything on your behalf.
FUJICON AI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use data
To create and manage your account, deliver courses and certificates, answer your questions, and send information about programs you join. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers and protected with reasonable technical measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is limited to authorized staff.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your account page or by emailing us. When an account is deleted, related personal data is removed unless we are required by law to keep it.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and language selection, and may use analytics cookies to improve the website.
