Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of fujicon.id, including the e-learning platform, courses, certifications, and training programs organized by FUJICON AI (Fujicon Akademia Indonesia).

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing fujicon.id, creating an account, or joining a FUJICON AI course or program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Each account is for one person and you are responsible for activity under it. You can also sign in with Google.

3. Courses and certificates

Course materials are provided for personal learning. Certificates are issued automatically when you pass a certification test and are personal to you. We may update, add, or retire course content to keep it relevant.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, videos, quizzes, images, and other materials on fujicon.id belong to FUJICON AI or its partners. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, share your account, cheat on quizzes or certifications, upload harmful content, or disturb other learners. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Paid programs

Most online courses are free. For paid training or programs, the fee, schedule, and payment terms are stated in the offer or invoice for that program.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the website and materials accurate and available, but they are provided as they are. Learning outcomes depend on each participant, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy at fujicon.id/privacy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
